Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Hands-on GitLab implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Proven GitLab CI/CD, runners, and security feature experience.
• Experience migrating customers to GitLab from other platforms.
• Strong DevOps, automation, and cloud experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
