Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Microsoft Solutions Specialist for GitHub to own the GitHub strategy and drive partner-enabled sales across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will collaborate with the global GitHub team, manage campaigns, and execute structured partner motions to grow Microsoft GitHub adoption.

The role requires strong vendor management, experience with Microsoft programs, and the ability to lead Executive-level engagements. Remote UK-based role with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT relationship management and partner engagement.
• Experience with Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.
• Interest in cloud infrastructure, AI solutions.
• Proven ability to run structured partner motions and enablement initiatives.
• Skilled at leading meetings and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Act as Arrow’s GitHub solutions specialist, owning the execution of Microsoft GitHub plays in line with Microsoft KPIs and frameworks.
• Develop relationships with GitHub stakeholders through cadence calls, planning sessions, QBRs, and reviews.
• Drive new customer and workload acquisition for GitHub via indirect channel partners.
• Enable reseller partners to position and sell GitHub through campaigns and GTM motions.
• Own and manage a dedicated marketing budget, delivering Microsoft-aligned campaigns, webinars and events.
• Lead GitHub-focused webinars and enablement sessions with Microsoft and Arrow partners.
• Maintain Rhythm of Business with partners and Microsoft to track performance and pipeline progression.
• Support partners in lifecycle motions including acquisition, renewals, upsell, and GitHub workload expansion.
• Report performance against Microsoft KPIs: acquisition, Reach, Frequency, Yield, CSP growth.
• Represent Arrow and Microsoft at solution-aligned summits, bootcamps, and events.
