Talman Consultants, LLC is seeking a GIS Support Associate (Temp) in Westmont, Illinois. In this role, you will collaborate with our Sr. GIS Specialist and Project Managers to ensure the accuracy of GIS data and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the telecom or engineering industry, possess a Bachelor’s degree, and be familiar with AutoCAD. The position offers a competitive hourly salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in telecom, engineering, or construction industry experience in an office environment.
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sr. GIS Specialist and Project Managers.
• Draw cable and conduit routes in GIS from engineering or construction drawings.
• Ensure accuracy of existing GIS features.
• Create AutoCAD files based on GIS routes.
• Follow internal and external workflow processes.
