Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience, internship, or coursework related to GIS.
  • Familiarity with GIS software and tools used for data editing, mapping, and quality control.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Use geoprocessing tools to support data management, analysis, and mapping activities.
  • Integrate high-accuracy GNSS/GPS data collected from field systems into enterprise GIS environments.
  • Enter and validate GIS data to ensure alignment between field-collected information and GIS records.
  • Perform GIS editing and QA/QC activities within Utility Network environments.
  • Create and maintain GIS databases, mapping files, and other geospatial products.
  • Follow best practices to produce accurate maps, reports, and GIS deliverables.
