Qualifications
- Experience editing and maintaining GIS data to standards.
- Developing web-based mapping applications and supporting map services.
- Working knowledge of ESRI geoprocessing tools and spatial analysis best practices.
Responsabilités
- Develop GIS layers/data elements per existing standards.
- Coordinate GIS base map maintenance with other land-based systems.
- Evaluate and recommend GIS hardware/software investments.
- Plan and schedule GIS layer administration and maintenance.
- Digitizing and drafting as required.
- Train users in GIS software and workflows.
- Document GIS procedures and workflows.
- Develop prototype GIS products and maps.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinates.
