Job summary

MDM Solutions is seeking a GIS Supervisor in California to lead geospatial operations under Right of Way Management, directing data acquisition, route development, research and geoprocessing analysis, and exhibit design.

You will manage GIS teams, ensure accuracy of cadastral descriptions, and oversee workflows for online hosting and web app design using ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

Responsibilities

The Technology/GIS Supervisor, generally under the direction of Right of Way Management, manages all geospatial operations and associated personnel. Duties include data acquisition and management, route selection and development, research and geoprocessing analysis, exhibit design and production, workflow creation and implementation, online hosting, and web app design.

Qualifications

The GIS Supervisor will possess extensive knowledge of ESRI Products, ranging from the desktop suite to ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal). This position also requires sound cadastral knowledge and expertise in advanced land principles, property descriptions, as-built and plat drawings, and land surveying operations.
