Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking an Application Developer Analyst to join our Operational Support Group (OSG).

This role focuses on GIS and engineering-focused applications that support roughly 79,000 miles of pipelines and 139+ terminals, delivering enterprise solutions across the organization. You will design and develop .NET (C#) applications, work with SQL Server databases, and leverage the ESRI ArcGIS ecosystem to support operations, engineering, and business teams.

Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant experience (3+ years preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience with .NET development (C#, VB.NET, or related technologies)
Experience working with SQL Server databases
Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS ecosystem and GIS architecture in an enterprise environment

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom applications using .NET (C#) technologies
Support and enhance GIS-enabled applications integrated with line of business applications
Develop and maintain SQL Server databases to support data management
Develop business and operational reports using SQL, SSRS, and Power BI
Troubleshoot production issues and provide after-hours support as needed
Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and data flows
Participate in project planning, provide status updates, and contribute to solution design
