Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Geography, Geospatial Science, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Interest in GIS, mapping, spatial data, municipal infrastructure, engineering, and the built environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining GIS maps, datasets, and project information.
• Support collection, organization, editing, and analysis of spatial and attribute data.
• Maintain GIS databases ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with mapping for municipal infrastructure, utilities, and other projects.
• Prepare maps, exhibits, and GIS-related project deliverables.
