Qualifications

• Experience with GIS and geospatial data management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn Percheron NSite database and client systems.

Responsibilities

• Digitizing geographic data from hardcopy or scans into vector formats.
• Create professional maps from preliminary data for projects.
• Develop routes based on desktop review, identify structures and permits.
• Enter data and maintain project records in the Percheron database.
• Produce data deliverables (KMZs, shapefiles, geodatabases, reports).
• Produce deliverables with appropriate discretion for business units.
• Plot legal descriptions and boundaries; perform buffering and intersections.
• Collaborate with GIS Tech 1 and field teams as needed.
• Work under deadlines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
