Job summary

Jobtailor in Colorado is seeking a skilled platform engineer to design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters across cloud and on-prem environments. You will build CI/CD pipelines, implement infrastructure as code, and monitor performance and security while responding to incidents.

You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams, ensure governance standards, and communicate clearly with SAFe Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, or willingness to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of total professional experience in a technical support role
• Demonstrated technical experience with DevSecOps
• Demonstrated experience working with Kubernetes in production environments
• Demonstrated experience with Red Hat OpenShift
• Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker or CRI-O
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Capable of working effectively with a geographically distributed ops & development team
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and team in written and oral forums
• Willingness to work 90% or as needed in a SCIF environment with some on-call or after-hours onsite support for customer’s mission
• Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in a technical field
