All Positions are required to be available for in-person meetings at the Louisiana DOTD Headquarters and other State Facilities as required by the agency and its staff within 24 hours’ notice.

Resource is located within a 90 mile radius of DOTD HQ or domiciled in Louisiana.

Travel throughout the State to support DOTD's Local Government Road Data Sharing initiative.

Mandatory Expertise and/or Relevant Experience:

1. ESRI's Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software
2. Usage and development of Desktop software (ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro)
3. Deployment and implementation of ESRI's Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
4. Configuration and development of web applications
5. Publishing of web services

Desirable Expertise and/or Relevant Experience:

1. Development and implementation of ESRI's Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System
2. Leveraging Safe Software’s FME Enterprise subscription
3. FME Form for workflow process development
4. FME Flow for automation of workflows
5. Deployment of VertiGIS Studio for enhancement of ESRI's Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
