Job summary

DSA Inc. seeks a qualified GIS Analyst with an active Secret clearance to support operations at NAS Jacksonville. The role requires strong expertise in ESRI platforms and enterprise GIS environments, and hands-on experience with data management and GPS integration.

Responsibilities include maintaining Navy SE Enterprise Spatial Database Engine data, coordinating with the RPAO, producing standardized geospatial products, applying cartographic standards, and supporting stakeholder requests.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required.
GIS experience required.
Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS Desktop (10.x), ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise.
Experience in a versioned GIS environment.
Hands-on experience creating/managing spatial data from multiple sources, GPS field data collection, and GPS data integration.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update GIS data within the Navy SE Enterprise Spatial Database Engine (SDE).
Coordinate with the Real Property Accountable Officer (RPAO) to reconcile discrepancies and support audit readiness.
Create, update, and manage standardized geospatial products including symbology layers, map templates, and regional/installation-level products.
Perform quality control throughout the map production lifecycle.
Apply cartographic standards and best practices.
Support stakeholder requests and incorporate user feedback into GIS products.
