Job summary
Everforth Apex is seeking a GIS Analyst II in Saint Paul, MN, with hybrid work arrangement. The role analyzes spatial data to optimize field operations, design territories, and deliver actionable GIS insights to drive service delivery and business outcomes.
The successful candidate translates complex GIS data into clear recommendations and collaborates across teams. Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS suite and data-driven tools is required, with prior Network Analyst experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, planning, environmental science, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ GIS experience including data development, manipulation, modeling, and spatial analysis.
- Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS software (ArcGIS Pro/Online/Experience Builder) and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
Responsibilities
- Analyze spatial data using GIS to support field optimization and route efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to design and optimize territories via spatial analysis.
- Deliver GIS insights with reports, maps, and technical recommendations.
