Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional GIS experience.
• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcMap, Business Analyst, Network Analyst, Experience Builder, and Spatial Analyst.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

This role supports a geographically distributed field service and sales organization by transforming spatial data into actionable business intelligence. The successful candidate will use GIS technology, analytics, and mapping tools to uncover trends, optimize operations, and deliver insights that improve service delivery, territory planning, and overall business performance.This is a hybrid position based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, working closely with GIS professionals, business leaders, and operational stakeholders to support strategic decision-making through geospatial analysis.Job DescriptionAs a GIS Analyst, you will analyze and interpret geographic and spatial data to support operational efficiency, route optimization, territory planning, business development, and service delivery initiatives.
