Job summary

The Lemoine Company, LLC is seeking a GIS Analyst to support both Disaster Services and Construction Services. You will collaborate with GIS leadership and the Business Analytics Team to provide geospatial support for informed decision-making and efficient project management.

Responsibilities include data management, spatial analysis, map creation, dashboards, and automation using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal. A strong foundation in GIS and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, or related field (or GIS certificate) required.
Minimum 2 years of professional GIS experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience with the Esri ArcGIS Platform (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal).

Responsibilities

Compile, manipulate, maintain, and analyze geospatial data.
Design, develop, and maintain geodatabases and GIS data structures.
Perform spatial analysis to support projects and data requests.
Create maps, dashboards, and web maps that clearly communicate spatial information.
Support mobile data collection workflows using Esri tools.
Develop automation to improve GIS data pipelines and processes.
Troubleshoot Esri ecosystem issues and coordinate escalation as needed.
Follow GIS standards, workflows, and documentation practices.
