Job summary

Complete Energy Services IT is seeking a GIS Analyst to apply GIS techniques to analytical, land-use, and environmental projects, designing, compiling, and analyzing data and creating maps and mapping applications.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of related experience (3+ with ESRI software), strong communication, technical, analytical, and research skills. Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm in a climate-controlled office with standard duties and data responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2 to 4 years of related work experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with ESRI software preferred.
• 2+ years of experience using ArcGIS Pro preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Technical expertise.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Research skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances geographic information system data sets, according to evolving needs and resources, including digitizing, editing, research, creation, calculation and editing of attributes and merging of data from different sources.
• Documents data sets, applications and procedures.
• Creates, maintains, and conducts QA/QC of geographic data sets using ESRI software and source data.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
