• Demonstrates ability to coach, supervise, and develop athletic programs while maintaining student safety.

Responsibilities

• Reports consistently for work as scheduled.
• Communicates regularly with the Athletic Director.
• Demonstrates knowledge of sport policies, rules, and game management strategies.
• Plans daily, weekly, and seasonal practices and character development activities.
• Maintains equipment inventory and safety standards.
• Supervises facilities and student-athletes during practices and competitions.
