JV Girls Lacrosse Coach - Spring 2027

Starting Date: Mar 15, 2027

Reports to: Athletic Director

Season: mid-March to late-May, with postseason tournament to follow

Schedule: Games and practices Monday to Friday, with some weekends possible. *Subject to change

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead team activities including all scheduled practices and games.
• Adhere to district policies, rules, and objectives.
• Model leadership and work ethic for the team and players.
• Focus on personal development, skill development, safety, fair play, sportsmanship and improving the team and program.
• Be dependable, detail‑oriented and willing to work within a coaching staff atmosphere.
• Travel with the team to and from away games.
• Meet or be willing to complete all Conway School District, Kennett High School and NHIAA requirements.

• Previous coaching at the high school level with experience working with teenagers.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Terms of Employment

• No benefits associated with this position.
