Job summary

Corvallis School District in Oregon is seeking a Seasonal High School Tennis Coach for Crescent Valley High School to lead and develop the program.

You will coordinate all aspects of the tennis program, mentor players, collaborate with feeder programs, and promote the sport while maintaining high ethical standards. Prior HS tennis coaching experience is required and First Aid/Concussion training can be completed after hiring.

Qualifications

• High school tennis coaching experience required.
• Experience in all aspects of tennis coaching.
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents and coaches.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
• Ability to motivate student-athletes and coaches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the high school tennis program.
• Work with feeder programs that feed into the high school.
• Assist in selection of the coaching staff.
• Promote the tennis program.
• Keep detailed statistics.
• Follow all school and OSAA guidelines.
• Provide off-season opportunities for skill improvement.
• Be a student of the sport.

Stipend: $6,117.- $7,035.,dependent upon years of experience

Qualifications:
