1. Educational preparation relevant to area of instruction.
2. Prior relevant successful experience preferred.
3. Such other qualifications or alternatives as the Principal and Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities

Promote a high level of active learning by applying high standards and clear goals.
Maintain systems of assessment to track progress toward instructional objectives.
Establish an atmosphere of respect and support within the team and learning environment.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff and administration.
Attend team and staff meetings and participate in athletic program planning.
Be available for player and/or parent conferences.
Collaborate to identify areas for athletic improvement and assess results.
Ensure compliance with school, PVAC and MIAA regulations.
