Job summary

LEAP Academy University Charter School in New Jersey seeks a highly qualified Head Coach - Girls Flag Football to partner with the Athletic Director, develop athletes, and implement competitive strategies for games, tournaments, and trials.

Responsibilities include recruiting at least 15 players, planning practices, coordinating transportation and scheduling physicals, communicating with families, and mentoring players on nutrition and conditioning; NJSAIA certification and CPR/First Aid are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NJSIAA Certified credential.
• CPR & First Aid Certified.
• Proven track record of leadership and team progression.
• Knowledge of latest development and innovative training methods.
• Must be available for all games.

Responsibilities

• Recruit a strong team with a minimum of 15 players.
• Plan and coordinate team practices and conditioning.
• Arrange transportation to events and schedule physicals.
• Maintain communication with families and the Athletic Director.
• Develop game strategies and monitor athlete progress.
• Oversee Senior Night planning and safety measures.
