Job summary

The role includes recruiting a minimum 15-player team, coordinating physicals, planning fundraisers, arranging transportation, and maintaining eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NJSIAA Certified.
• CPR & First Aid Certified.
• Proven leadership and team progression.
• Knowledgeable on latest training methods and techniques.
• Must be available for all games.

Responsibilities

• Recruit a strong, high quality team; minimum 15 per sport.
• Schedule athletes for sports physicals with the Wellness Clinic.
• Plan at least three fundraisers for team purchases.
• Arrange transportation to various sporting events.
• Coordinate with Student Management Team for weekly grades and eligibility.
• Develop team practice schedule and share with Principals/Office Managers.
• Document injuries and seek medical attention when necessary.
• Plan and prep "Senior Night" Home Game.
