Job summary

TalentoHC partners with a leading global toy and consumer products company to place an Associate Brand Manager in Bristol, PA on a temporary leave-coverage basis. The role supports a major licensed girls’ brand and works across Product Design, Packaging, Marketing, Licensing, Sales, and Product Development.

You will move toy lines through development, track timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure IP compliance and timely launches.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in brand or product management.
• Hands-on experience supporting physical consumer-product development.
• Experience in toys or licensed consumer products strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with licensing and IP approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Support product-line development across Girls brands from concept to launch.
• Track development timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Design, Packaging, Marketing, Licensing, and Sales teams.
• Coordinate licensor and IP approvals per guidelines.
• Analyze sales and POS data by product/SKU/retailer.
• Maintain brand decks, line plans, and presentations.
• Prepare retailer and key-account presentations with Sales input.
• Communicate project status and next steps across the organization.
• Assist with costing, item information, and samples.
