Ideal candidates will have coaching experience along with strong interpersonal skills. The position emphasizes collaboration, ethics, and student support, promoting an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior participation, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rules, fundamentals, and safety principles of the sport or activity.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in coaching duties.
• Assist with planning practices and competitions.
• Support organizational tasks and communicate effectively.
