Job summary

iServ, LLC is seeking a Bartender for Giovanni's Pizzeria & Kitchen in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant setting and be knowledgeable about a variety of beverages. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and practice company mission, values, and objectives
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of liquors, wines, and beers
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Skilled in multitasking
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and maintain a high level of accountability

Typical Environment

• Fast‑casual dining pizzeria, restaurant, and bar
• Prepared to stand for prolonged periods and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
• May be required to work with cleaning chemicals and be exposed to wet/humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold in a kitchen environment
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds with a team
