Job summary

Fluidstack seeks engineers to shape and automate the deployment of AI-enabled data-center infrastructure. You will build end-to-end software that orchestrates schedules, data capture, and commissioning workflows on site, integrating BIM/BOM data and agent-based tooling.

You will work with cutting-edge AI tooling like Claude Code and Cursor to create autonomous software that collaborates with field crews, schedulers, and commissioning agents to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Built features on LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with AI coding tools for autonomous agents.

Responsibilities

• Build the schedule that runs the portfolio across building types.
• Turn the site into structured data with work packages and records.
• Ship change orders as a workflow, not an email chain.
• Make the design the source of truth by ingesting BIM data into BOM.
