Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Cary, NC is seeking a Gifts Sales Associate to deliver friendly service and help customers find the right gear. You will greet shoppers, demonstrate products, and guide purchasing decisions at the point of sale.

You will restock shelves, maintain pricing/signs, and keep your area clean and organized while promoting club memberships and in-store pickup. This is a part-time, customer-focused role with employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Adept at operating a computerized Point of Sale register system and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information to customers.
• Replenish and organize merchandise on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signing for advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restocking.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by guiding purchases and promoting programs.
