Qualifications

• Minimum High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Operates computerized Point of Sale (POS) register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions to drive sales.
• Replenish and organize merchandise on shelves per guidelines.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restocking.
• Maintain a clean, neat work area and adhere to company policies.
• Promote programs (CLUB, VOC, In-Store Pick-up) and provide a legendary customer experience.
