Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help with buying decisions. You will keep shelves stocked, assist with promotions, and maintain a friendly shopping environment.

The role requires high school education, strong communication, and experience with POS systems. This is a part-time position based in Kentucky, with opportunity to engage customers across our outdoor merchandise lines.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of products and store promotions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with buying decisions.
• Demonstrate products and maintain shelves.
• Replenish and restock merchandise per guidelines.
• Keep work area clean and well stocked.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
