Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and friendly.
• Provide information and recommendations to customers on Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-Firearms).
• Promote programs (CLUB membership, VOC, In Store Pick up).
• Maintain merchandise on shelves and at the counter, restock as needed.
• Keep pricing/signage accurate and ensure clean, organized displays.
• Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
