Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide friendly, informed assistance to help customers make buying decisions. The role emphasizes product knowledge, on-shelf replenishment, and delivering a legendary guest experience.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining clean, well-stocked areas and supporting seasonal merchandise movement.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Replenish products on shelves according to guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge through training.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintain pricing/signage.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Restock merchandise as required.
• Keep work area clean and stocked.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by understanding needs and recommending products.
• All other duties as assigned.
