Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, MO, is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter to engage customers, demonstrate merchandise, and guide buying decisions. You will support a friendly shopping experience, handle POS transactions, and promote CLUB memberships and in-store pickup options.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and adherence to policies while delivering a legendary customer experience every time. The position supports flexible shifts and a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to operate computerized POS system.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Replenish merchandise on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remain a product expert through training and knowledge sharing.
• Assist customers with finding, selecting and purchasing items.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Handle all other duties as assigned.
