Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter for a part-time, on-site position in Missouri. The role focuses on greeting customers, demonstrating products, and helping with purchases, while maintaining merchandising standards and promoting CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.

Strong communication and cash-handling skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for long periods, work well in a team, and adhere to company policies.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift light loads as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, prompt service.
• Demonstrate products and provide information and direction.
• Replenish and restock shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain pricing and signing; keep work area clean and stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
