Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a retail leadership role with sales, merchandising and team management.
• A passion for sales and the ability to motivate a team.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and inspire a team to deliver their best.
• A deep commitment to guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead by upholding Event Network’s Core Values and fostering a positive atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team.
• Drive daily operations with a focus on guest service, visual merchandising, team management, and sales performance.
• Create memorable guest experiences and mirror the excitement of the museum in-store.
• Master merchandising by following presentation plans and staying ahead of trends.
• Set high standards and hold the team accountable to consistently exceed guest expectations.
