The Indianapolis Zoo is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales department and help with administrative tasks and event coordination. A polished, professional image, outgoing personality, and willingness to assist are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct on-site tours and assist with promotions and events.
• Assist with group ticket requests and space reservations.
• Support the Sales team for weddings and corporate events.
• Weekend and evening availability as needed.
