Gun Lake Casino Resort is seeking a Retail Cashier/Clerk for the gift shop. You will greet guests, handle cash, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store environment while delivering unsurpassed service standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction on the casino floor and lobby areas.

You will maintain merchandise presentation, assist guests with purchases, and uphold safety protocols. Prior retail experience is preferred, and eligibility for a gaming license is required to work

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification with Alcohol Awareness (TIPS) will be provided if not already held.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license with the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission.

Position Summary:As a Retail Cashier/Clerk at the gift shop in the AAA Four Diamond hotel casino resort, you will be a crucial part of our guest service team. Your role involves providing exceptional service, handling monetary transactions accurately, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will practice and promote the resort’s AAA Four Diamond and Gun Lake Casino Resort’s “Unsurpassed Service Standards” while creating a welcoming and positive environment for both guests and Team Members. Work areas may be warm, cold, crowded, noisy, or bright and may contain second-hand smoke. Tasks may be required to be performed from a sitting or non-sitting position in a confined area. Team Members may be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, and grasp.Essential Qualifications:Must be 18+ years of age.Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.Must hold/maintain certification with Alcohol Awareness (TIPS).
