Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Northern Kentucky is seeking a Gift Shop Attendant to support a guest-focused retail operation. You will maintain merchandise, process transactions accurately, and uphold service standards in a busy, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include ringing up sales, keeping the shop tidy, assisting with month-end inventory, and ensuring guest safety. We value product knowledge, communication, and professionalism in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must-Haves: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Retail customer service training would be a plus.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a high-volume retail store with use of electronic cash register and variety in inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, courteous atmosphere in the Gift Shop and assist guests.
• Ring up sales and give correct change.
• Keep the Gift Shop clean and orderly.
• Assist in month-end inventory.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
