Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is hiring a Gift Shop Attendant to welcome guests and ensure a positive shopping experience in our Gift Shop.

You will handle transactions, answer questions, and maintain clean, organized displays while supporting month-end inventory tasks and safety protocols. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a fast-paced retail setting; cash register experience and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume retail store with use of electronic cash register.
• Retail customer service training would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, courteous atmosphere in the Gift Shop and assist guests.
• Ring up sales and give correct change.
• Keep the Gift Shop clean and orderly.
• Assist in month-end inventory.
• Ensure the safety of guests and staff in the shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
