Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 8 years in planned giving.
  • Experience supervising staff and leading donor programs.
  • Knowledge of legal/financial requirements for planned giving.
  • Strong collaboration with external professionals and internal teams.
  • CFRE or CPA/JD preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Gift Planning Officers to advance donor cultivation.
  • Refine processes for donor engagement and gift tracking.
  • Manage pipeline reporting and forecasting of planned gifts.
  • Oversee administrative operations and data systems.
  • Mentor and develop team members across regions.
