Job summary

Buc-ee's Auburn LLC in Auburn, AL is seeking a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to welcome guests and stock the Buc-ee’s gift department, including merchandising. The role involves assisting customers to find the perfect items and using the POS system to complete transactions.

The position offers $20.00 per hour, medical, dental and vision coverage, 3 weeks paid time off, and a 401(k) with 100% match up to 6%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Price, merchandise, and sell items as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with store management and team members.
• Maintain the company’s visual presentation through pricing and merchandising.
• Use POS and transaction devices for receiving and checking in goods.
• Identify and resolve customer and store needs with moderate supervision.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
