Job summary

Buc-ee's in Alabama is seeking a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to enhance guest experience by receiving, stocking, and merchandising Buc-ee’s unique gift items. You will help create visual displays and connect guests with gifts that elevate their trip.

Key duties include pricing, stocking, selling, and using POS devices. The role requires excellent service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and merchandise Buc-ee’s gift items.
• Price, merchandise, and sell products.
• Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with management and team members.
• Maintain Buc-ee’s visual presentation through pricing and merchandising.
• Illustrate competent use of POS devices for receiving and checking in goods.
• Identify and resolve immediate customer and store needs with moderate supervision.
• Perform other duties as required by the company.
