Job Summary:
The Gift & Jewelry Sales Manager drives sales growth within our gift and jewelry categories by providing training, leadership, and accountability to a nationwide team of sales reps. Responsibilities include traveling to markets seasonally, selling at trade shows, visiting boutiques with sales reps, developing creative sales strategies, and collaborating with our product team to incorporate customer feedback into future designs. The goal is to increase sales volume and the number of accounts served.
