This role is available in Lubbock or Amarillo, TX.

JCW has partnered with a large farmer-owned dairy cooperative looking to fill an Area Sales Manager position with a focus on the Texas region. This role will be remote with travel 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and pursue new business in your assigned territory.
• Plan and conduct onsite farm visits while maintaining your route efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners.
• Record customer interactions in Salesforce within 24 hours.
• Attend farm shows, membership meetings, and industry events.
• Achieve/exceed sales KPIs set by leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct farm sales or the equivalent direct business experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a large geographic area.
• Proficient in CRM tools - Salesforce preferred.
• Agricultural sales or industry experience is a plus.
