Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of directly related professional experience.
• Proficient with Raiser’s Edge or comparable CRM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs).

Responsibilities

• Record and govern fund, gift, and donor records with high discretion.
• Audit and record donations in Raiser's Edge, including complex gifts and pledges.
• Manage recurring gifts, pledges, and related insurance policies.
• Interpret IRS regulations and CASE guidelines for compliant receipts and acknowledgments.
• Provide data governance, training, and quality control for staff and students.
