Job summary

SCA Health in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Gastroenterology Technologist (GI Tech) to support patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Registered Nurse. You will assist the procedure team with room setup, sterile technique, and instrument processing following best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assists procedure team with gowning, gloving, and aseptic technique.
• Prepares procedure room and ensures supplies are available.
• Maintains sterile technique and handles instruments safely.
• Performs pre-cleaning, disinfection, and storage of endoscopes per guidelines.
• Participates in TIME OUT and procedure validation.
• Stocking and replenishing supplies; prepares rooms as directed.
