Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking an experienced RN/Nurse Manager to oversee patient referrals and transitions across the care continuum at our Tallahassee hospital. The role emphasizes coordinating interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.

Required credentials include Florida RN licensure and an Associate degree in nursing, with a preferred BSN. The position requires 2 years of clinical care or navigation experience and offers opportunities for leadership

What You’ll Need To Apply

Required Education

• Associate degree in nursing

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's degree in nursing

Required Experience

• Two (2) years of clinical care, case management, or navigation experience

• Five (5) years of related specialty care

Required Certification/License/Registry

• Florida registered nurse (RN) license

Preferred Certification/License/Registry

• Speciality Certification (i.e. Oncology)
