Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Excellent clerical, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with Excel, REDCap, and data management tools (Tableau, JMP, R) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish complex record-keeping procedures and forms.
• Maintain databases and develop data integrity guidelines.
• Identify and extract usable data from complex patterns.
• Use computer applications to manipulate and report data.
• Develop new tools to aid data collection and analysis.
• Hybrid work arrangement and coordination with data providers.
• Perform audits to ensure conformance with procedures.
