Responsibilities

• Running daily GI outpatient clinic
• Accurately providing and counselling patients with information for medical treatment or procedures
• Answering emails and voicemails and returning patient calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Abiding by HIPAA compliance; maintaining strictest confidentiality with regards to patient information
