Qualifications

• Associate/Diploma prepared RN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution with 2+ years experience.
• If hired without a BSN/MSN, must enroll within 1 year and complete within 5 years.
• Preferred: BSN or MSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution.
• Active Ohio RN License; may require other state licensure.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing code.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support department/hospital leadership in compliance efforts.
• Monitor safety and departmental policies; communicate safety concerns to leadership.
• Apply IPM in practice; participate in learning and professional development; support patient care with teamwork.
