Zusammenfassung

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our Gastroenterology team. This on-site, full-time role will provide comprehensive adult GI care in outpatient and hospital settings, collaborating with board-certified gastroenterologists and a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical assessment skills, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to manage complex GI conditions while supporting procedures

Qualifikationen

Master’s or Doctorate in accredited NP program.
Current Florida APRN license.
Current BLS and APRN certification.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations (history and physicals).
Diagnose and manage a wide range of GI conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans with supervising physicians.
Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic test results.
Coordinate care for colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and GI procedures.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, nutrition, and preventive care.
Document encounters accurately in the EMR and participate in quality initiatives.
